Insurance Personal Assistant – Barry.Nilsson

We’re currently seeking an Insurance PA to join our Hobart office full-time or part-time for a 5 month contract, with the possibility of extension. Supporting busy authors, you will have exposure to a range of defendant insurance matters including public liability, product liability, professional indemnity and CTP files. Your duties will include:

  • dictaphone typing and amendments;
    • file management – opening/closing files and filing;
    • drafting basic letters;
    • client liaison;
    • brief preparation;
    • monthly billing and reporting; and
    • general secretarial support.

We’re seeking an intermediate to senior level PA with experience in defendant insurance matters. We will also consider applicants with plaintiff insurance or general litigation experience, who are looking for a new challenge.
