Biennial increase to court fees – 1 July 2016
The family law fees payable in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court are changing from 1 July as a result of the biennial increase.
The ‘latest news’ section on the websites have been updated with notices about the revised fees (as well as the existing fee information).

The existing fees will be removed on 1 July 2016 when the new fees come into effect.
