University of Tasmania Law Review

Call for the submission of articles for Volume 39.

The University of Tasmania Law Review (UTLR) has recently published issue 38(1) celebrating the 125th Anniversary of the University of Tasmania Law School. This issue features an introduction from the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Timothy McCormack. It contains four peer-reviewed articles, two case notes and five book reviews.

UTAS are pleased to announce that the UTLR is now calling for the submission of articles for Volume 39. Articles will receive priority for publication in Volume 39(1) if received by 20 April 2020. No articles will be considered for Volume 39(1) after 22 May 2020.

The UTLR has a particular focus on law relating to Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, as well as international and comparative law. We would be delighted to receive articles from members of your faculty for possible inclusion in the next volume. All articles appearing in the UTLR are refereed by suitably qualified academics using a double-blind process.
