Clare Wootton, Senior Associate, Simmons Wolfhagen

About the Presenter:

Clare Wootton is a Senior Associate at Simmons Wolfhagen and is a key member of both the Local Government, Planning & Development team and the Property and Commercial Law team Clare is highly specialised in property matters relating to both individuals and local government. She has a particular interest in historical land investigations, access issues, dedication of land, reserve roads and notations on land titles and providing advice in relation to the issues that arise within these areas. In addition, Clare has extensive expertise in providing advice and assistance to clients with complex property law matters including the implementation of subdivisions, easements and covenants, as well as conveyancing matters, contract preparation and advice.
