Book Your Ad Now!
By submitting a booking request to advertise with the Law Society of Tasmania (‘the Society’), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Submission Deadlines
The Society’s advertising model works on a monthly rotation commencing the last Wednesday of every month. All advertising materials must be submitted to shelley.harwood@lst.org.au no later than five days prior to the last Wednesday of the month booked by the advertiser, to allow time for review and approval. Late submissions may result in delayed placement. - Technical Specifications
By advertising with the Society advertisers agree to adhere to the technical specifications provided by the Society, including format, dimensions, and file type. Any materials that do not meet these specifications may require resubmission, potentially causing delays. - Approval of Advertisements
All advertisements are subject to approval by the Society. The Society reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion if the advertisement is deemed unsuitable for the Hub audience or is inconsistent with the Society’s values and ethos. - Availability and Placement
Advertising placements are subject to availability. If a booking cannot be accommodated due to space limitations, the Society will offer an alternative placement in the next available publication. If the alternative is not suitable to the advertiser, a full refund will be issued. While the Society will endeavour to place time-is-of-the-essence/currency advertisements in a timely manner, providing the advertising materials has been received in line with the Society’s deadlines, this will be subject to advertising placement availability. - Content Requirements

(a) Their advertisement content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
(b) The advertisement complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
(c) The content aligns with professional standards appropriate for the Society’s Hub audience. - Refund Policy
If a booking is not accepted or an alternative placement cannot be agreed upon, the advertiser will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided. - Modifications and Cancellations

If an error occurs in publication due to oversight, every effort will be made to correct it as soon as practicable upon discovery and / or notification, at no additional cost to the advertiser. - Liability Limitation
