Aleksandra Golat recently practised as a Senior Associate in the Workplace Relations and Safety team at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. She has broad experience across the field of workplace and employment law, practising in both advisory and litigious areas. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, including local councils, government agencies, large corporations, non for profit organisations, insurers, individuals, and small businesses. She has advised clients on criminal workplace safety matters, as well as in investigations involving criminal aspects, and has a keen interest in the intersection between employment and criminal law.
