Angela Lee
Angela practices predominately in taxation law, acting for both taxpayers and the Commissioner of Taxation. She also practices in charity law and acts in Tax Practitioners Board matters. She is a nationally accredited mediator.
Angela holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce from the Monash University. She was a recipient of the Sir John Monash Scholarship and a participant in the Dean’s Scholars Program.
She lectures at the University of Melbourne’s Melbourne Law School’s Masters program.
Angela served as National Chair of the Law Council of Australia’s Business Law Section’s Tax Committee and consulted to the ATO on the National Tax Liaison Group and the Private Groups Stewardship Group.
She is regularly recognised in Chambers Asia Pacific and Doyle’s Guide.
