The Bail Regulations 2024 have been made to replace the Bail Regulations 2014, which were due to expire on 10 December 2024.
Changes – The remade regulations contain some minor updates to the prescribed forms.

The Variation of Trusts Regulations 2024 have been made to replace the Variation of Trusts Regulations 2014, which were due to expire on 10 December 2024.
Changes – The remade regulations contain 2 main changes, which will impact the cut-off point for applications to the Attorney-General for approval of a scheme to vary a charitable trust:
- The distinction between real property and personal property has been removed, and there is now one prescribed amount for property.
- The prescribed amount is increased to $500,000.
- There has also been some rearrangement of the order of the listed requirements in the prescribed form of application, but no change to the requirements themselves.
