Tasmanian Practising Certificate Holders: A free licence to use and modify as appropriate is granted to all Tasmanian practising certificate holders, (including those taken to hold under s41 of the Legal Profession Act), provided that all modifications are made transparent and clearly marked up.
Associate Members: A licence to use by way of ‘one-use’ purchase or annual subscription is available to associate-members. Any modifications must be made transparent and clearly marked up. Please contact The Law Society of Tasmania for further details.
Non-members: A licence to use by way of ‘one-use’ purchase is available to non-members. A ‘one-use’ purchase or annual subscription is available to non-members where they are also licensed conveyancers or interstate law practices. Previous Versions: Permission to use any / all earlier versions of the Standard Form Contract of Sale is withdrawn, effective 24 August 2026. This does not apply to transactions in which contractual negotiations had already commenced as at 24 August 2026.
