Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Division 2 – General Federal Law Rules Update

The FCFCOA (Division 2) is pleased to announce that the new General Federal Law Rules have been made and registered. The new General Federal Law Rules will commence on 1 September 2025, as the single set of new rules of court applicable in all general federal law and migration proceedings.
