Federal Court of Australia – Annual Federal Courts and Tribunals Fee Increases from 1 July 2026

Fees payable in the federal courts and tribunals will increase from 1 July 2026 to reflect changes to the Consumer Price Index over the past financial year.

This is an automatic increase provided for by the relevant fee regulations.

The notice was published in the Government Gazette Notices on 22 June 2026 which sets out the new fees payable.
