Federal Court of Australia – Notice to the Profession – Adjustment to Federal Court of Australia Registrar Titles

From, 2 March 2026, the Federal Court of Australia will introduce a simplified and more consistent set of Registrar titles.

This update follows an internal review aimed at improving clarity and national consistency across the Court.

Although the Registrar titles are changing, the work performed by Registrars and the way they are addressed in Court remains unchanged.
