Fleur Dewhurst

Ms Fleur Dewhurst is the Claims Advisor for the Law Society of Tasmania’s Professional Indemnity Insurance Scheme. Fleur was admitted to practice in 2002 and worked for a number of years in private practice in the area of civil litigation and health law. Fleur was an inhouse legal advisor with the Tasmanian Health Service, and has worked in the area of risk management. For a number of years she worked as a consultant with the insurer MDA National and sat on the State Advisory Committee responsible for identifying emerging insurable risk and providing advice on risk management solutions.
