As of the 1 July 2025 the Land Titles Office statutory fees will increase.
The 2025/2026 lodgement fees apply to dealings lodged ON and FROM 1 July 2025.
(A dealing is taken to be lodged with the Recorder when a record is made in the titles Register.)
All dealings accompanied by the 2024/2025 lodgement fee will need to be received AT the Lands Titles Office prior to the 1st July 2025.
Please note: Dealings received at the Hobart GPO on the 30th June 2025 may not be delivered to the Land Titles Office until 1st July 2025, therefore the 2025/2026 fee will apply.
Clients are advised that dealings left in the drop off box on the Ground Floor of the Lands Building after 4pm may not be entered in the Register (lodged) until the next business day.
The Land Titles Office does not accept cash therefore coins or notes cannot be accepted to make up the difference of a short cheque.
Dealings received with under or over payments will be returned with a request for the correct fee.
