Notice is given pursuant to section 169A of the Land Titles Act 1980 that the Recorder of Titles has approved the below forms, and the approval of these forms takes effect on 17 November 2025. The below forms will be available on the Tasmanian Online Land Dealings System on 17 November 2025:
- Transfer;
- Mortgage;
- Discharge of Mortgage;
- Application to Change or Correct Name (i); and
- Application to Note Marriage or Revert to Maiden Name (ii).
