TRANSFERS INVOLVING TRUSTEES OF A TRUST

As from 1 July 2025, transfers involving trustees of any trust are available in electronic conveyancing on the PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) platform.

Where any duty is payable in a transaction, this communication must be read in conjunction with any communication from the State Revenue Office.
