The Recorder of Titles has amended the Tasmanian Participation Rules version 7 and the Tasmanian Participation Rules Version 7.A are now published and available on the LTO’s website here: Recorder’s Directions | Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania
Version 7.A of the Tasmanian Participation Rules as published, take effect 1 September 2026.
Attached is a marked up copy of Version 7.A of the Tasmanian Participation Rules.
The attached marked up copy of Version 7.A of the Tasmanian Participation Rules and the Tasmanian Participation Rules Version 7.A will also be published on the ARNECC website shortly.
