SUBJECT: TRANSITION PERIOD FOR DM, PDM, M – APPROVED FORMS
The Transition Period relating to recently Approved Forms has been reconsidered. The Transition Period of 90 days will be extended to 180 days for discharges of mortgage (DM), partial discharges of mortgages (DM), and mortgages (M) only. The conclusion of that transition period is now 15 May 2026.
The Transition Period relating to Transfer, Change Name and Note Marriage remains unchanged at 90 days and concludes 15 February 2026 with 13 February 2026 being the last business day lodgement can be made.
