Amanda Zucker, Senior Counsel, Simmons Wolfhagen

About the Presenter:

Ms Amanda Zucker, working from Simmons Wolfhagen's Launceston office, has significant experience advising and assisting clients on contractual and commercial matters in the Building and Construction and Infrastructure sectors, having worked in both private practice and in-house. Her work includes the provision of dispute resolution and avoidance advice on a wide range of projects including commercial and residential developments and projects in water, earth moving, energy and agriculture. Amanda has an exceptional understanding of the key issues facing public and private sector owners and developers as well as principals, contractors, subcontractors, builders, operators and consultants. During her time as a solicitor, she has practised extensively as a problem solver, strategist and litigator.
