Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) has published the new MOR Version 7.1 following consultation with stakeholders in September 2024. Version 7.1 of the MOR is available in mark-up and clean version here.
ARNECC wishes to thank stakeholders who made submissions on the proposed changes. ARNECC has considered the feedback received in determining the final amendments to the MOR. A summary of the feedback received and ARNECC’s response is available here.
Each jurisdiction will now proceed to incorporate the changes in their Operating Requirements. It is expected that Operating Requirements Version 7.1 will take effect from Friday 9 May 2025.
