Robert Benjamin AM KC is a former justice of the then Family Court of Australia and Commissioner of the Commission of Inquiry into the Tasmanian Government’s into Child Sexual Abuse (a Tasmanian form of Royal Commission) and is now the Independent Monitor to ensure Government implements the Commission’s recommendations.
