Sarah Holloway

Sarah Holloway is part of the Property team at Tremayne Fay Rheinberger Lawyers. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania and signed the High Court of Australia roll in 2008. Sarah has a Master of Commerce (Deakin 2018), Master of Laws (Human Rights) (Monash 2016) as well as qualifications gained at the University of Tasmania, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (2008) and Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Laws (2007).

Sarah has practised criminal, family, and civil litigation, with specialised expertise in working with victim-survivors of family violence. After over a decade in Melbourne, Sarah returned home to North West Tasmania in 2019 and moved back to Hobart in June 2024 to join TFR.

Sarah is a member of Tasmanian Women Lawyers (TWL) and has previously served on the Committee, including as Vice President. She has previously been a non-executive director of Amnesty International Australia and has experience in corporate governance and risk management in the nonprofit sector.
