CRIMINAL CASE MANAGEMENT LIST DATES 2027
As set out in Circular 13 of 2025, the Magistrates Court should commit matters to a date for a first appearance that is at least seven weeks after the date of committal, however the date of the first appearance may be beyond seven weeks if the Magistrate allows.
Hobart – Appearances by defendants on bail will be listed for 9:30am.
Launceston – CCML will be at 11am, usually from Court 2 by video link to Hobart.
Burnie – CCML will be at 9:30am, from Court 1 by video link to Hobart.
