PRACTITIONERS COSTS
Practitioners are advised that the Scale of Practitioners’ Costs has been updated effective 29 July 2026, following the determination of the Rule Committee.
The Supreme Court Amendment (Scale of Fees) Rules 2026 revise the scale of fees to be allowed to practitioners. The updated scale is available here: Scale of Practitioners’ Costs Supreme Court Rules 2000 and is accessible on the Supreme Court website here: Supreme Court of Tasmania – Fees.
