Tasmania Legal Aid is pleased to let you know that testing of the new eLodge login system has been completed successfully, with no issues identified. We are now moving ahead with implementing the new login arrangements.
As part of this change, eLodge access will move from shared firm logins to individual user accounts. Each person who needs access will have their own login details.
What you need to do
Please send us the name and email address of every staff member in your firm who needs access to eLodge.

- By: 12:00 pm (midday), Friday 19 June 2026
This will allow us to set up user accounts and make the transition as smooth as possible.
Important date
The current shared login method will stop working at 5:00 pm on 30 June 2026. After this time, you will only be able to access eLodge using individual accounts.
We will send more information soon about how to log in and use the new system.
