About the Presenter:
Ms Sarah Kay SC is the Solicitor-General for the State of Tasmania. She has held that role since 25 December 2021 and was previously the Assistant Solicitor-General (Advisings) and Crown Counsel in the Office of the Solicitor-General.
Mark Rapley SC, State Litigator, State Litigation Office
About the Presenter:
Mr Mark Rapley SC is the State Litigator. He was appointed to that role from its establishment in October 2023. Prior to that Mark worked in private practice as a senior lawyer at Butler, McIntyre and Butler and was a member of TASCAT.
