Undertaking B: Concessional Premium (Sole Practitioners)

For sole practitioners whose gross fee estimate is $50,000 or less, a concessional premium will be offered to you subject to you giving the below undertaking.

Details of actual gross fee income must be provided to the Society at the end of the 2026/2027 financial year and if the applicable fee limit has been exceeded an extra premium will be payable.

Undertaking

I undertake:

1. to submit a declaration of my actual gross fee income for the year ending 30 June 2027 by 30 September 2027 to allow assessment of any additional premium payable, and
2. to pay any additional premium within 30 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed.

Important: The submission of your firm renewal application will constitute the giving of this undertaking if applicable.
