Antony Logan, Principal Solicitor, Office of the Crown Solicitor

About the Presenter:

Mr Antony Logan has practiced since 1995. Prior to his recent uptake of the role of Principal Solicitor at the Crown Solicitor he was a Partner at HWL Ebsworth, where he practiced primarily for corporate and private sector clients in property, commercial, banking and finance and contracts law. Antony is a member and Chair of the Law Society of Tasmania’s Property and Commercial Law Committee.

Zoey Donnellan, Senior Associate, Simmons Wolfhagen

About the Presenter:

Ms Zoey Donnellan is a commercial lawyer specialising in property and estate matters. Zoey advises on residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions and the preparation of schedules of easements, and assists clients with the sale and purchase of businesses. Zoey also provides estate planning services, including drafting wills, and advises on commercial leasing arrangements.
