Dr Hayley North

Dr Hayley North has a PhD in neuroscience and dedicates her life to a scientific understanding of the brain and sharing that understanding with the wider community to improve wellbeing. She is a neuroscientist and founder of Understand Your Brain; a Research Fellow – Neuroscience Research Australia; and Conjoint Lecturer – UNSW. Her  research and publications uncover molecular and genetic changes in mental illness. But it’s Hayley’s contagious enthusiasm and ability to explain complex topics to non-scientists that have engaged audiences around the country to implement positive and lasting change within their lives.
