Kimberley Martin

Kimberley is a senior lawyer specialising in estate planning, commercial, tax and trusts law, with expertise in business succession, superannuation, and complex international and high-net-worth estate planning. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Wills & Estates and is recognised for her influential role in the legal profession at state, national, and international levels. Kimberley serves as Chair of The Law Society of Tasmania’s Estate & Succession Committee. Within the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), she is Secretary of the Victoria-Tasmania Branch, Chair of the STEP Australia Excellence Awards Committee, and a member of the STEP Australia Newsletter Committee. She was also a founding member of STEP’s International Digital Asset Special Interest Group, on which she served for over 10 years. She is also a distinguished alumna of the international STEP Private Client Awards.
